荈茶鐵觀音，是款醱酵較重，製作工序困難度較高的一款特色茶，經由得獎無數的老師傅全心守候烘焙，時間長達40小時，需分成五次在適當的時機停火靜置5—7日再起火，讓茶葉風味在每次的休息中變化再昇華，造就出真正典型傳統鐵觀音的經典滋味！
